Clyde’s Cupboard

    Clyde’s Cupboard, a food pantry for students, will accept donations Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    Clyde’s Cupboard will be open year-round for all students. Students can drop off donations in the University Center with Student Life and Leadership in room 102.

 

Walk-in Resume Reviews – All Majors

    Students interested in hearing feedback on the structure of their resume can visit the Career Center on Sept. 14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Main Hall 201.

     Students should bring a copy of their resume to the session. Contact Bev Kratzer, director of the Career Center, with questions at bkratzer@uccs.edu.

 

LSSC Game Night

    The Excel Languages and Social Sciences Center is hosting their biannual game night with free pizza and treats. Some games give students a chance to practice their foreign languages and American Sign Language. Video games such as SFV, Tekken7 and SmashBros will be available as well.

    The event will take place Sept. 14 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. in Dwire Hall room 270. For more information, contact LSSC at 719.255.3690 or LSSC@uccs.edu.

 

Concerts at GOCA: Great Expectations

    GOCA has partnered with Kate Perdoni, local musician and producer, to produce a series of concerts that take place within the Great Expectations exhibition in the Downtown Gallery of Contemporary Art. Many musicians in the region have come together to perform in this collaborative play.

    This month’s performance highlights Seal Eggs featuring Shauna Smith and Clare Trissel on violin. The event will take place Sept. 14 at 6:30 p.m. at downtown GOCA located at 121 S. Tejon, Suite 100. This event is free for students.
