Senior golfer Colin Prater tied for third in the final round of the Western Washington Invitational on Sept. 26. Redshirt sophomore golfer Tanner Comes also tired for tenth place.

The Invitational provided for Prater’s best round of the early season as he finished with a 7-under 209. This was Prater’s 15th top-five finish in his collegiate golf career.

Comes earned his fourth top-10 finish with a 1-under 215 in three rounds, providing for his best tournament score since the Mustang Intercollegiate in April.

The men’s golf team came in fifth out of 16 teams due to Prater’s and Comes’ successes.
