Have you ever had any contact with campus safety?
Yes, I actually have. My friend hit a curb and popped her tire. Someone saw it and called the police, and they helped us change the tire.”
How effective do you think campus safety is?
I think they’re pretty effective, as far as I know.”
How do you think that campus safety could be improved?
They could be more prominent – you don’t really see them, ever. I saw them at night once. In Four Diamonds, that’s iffy to me, especially at night.”

Not personally. I’ve probably seen them around.”
How effective do you think campus safety is?
I haven’t experienced it so probably a good thing. I’d say pretty effective then.”
How do you think that campus safety could be improved?
Maybe more presence – police officers, etc. I’ve only seen them around a few times; maybe they could be around more often.”

Have you ever had any contact with campus safety?
Yes, I have. I was jaywalking across the street because I was parking in the neighborhood. He saw me at the top of the hill. I was walking across both streets; at the top, he stopped me. I thought he was going to write me up, but he did give me a warning, which was nice, but still a little ridiculous, I think. But he was just doing his job.”
How effective do you think campus safety is?
I guess it’s pretty effective – I haven’t heard of too many people dying. I haven’t really heard of anything; it should be working.”
How do you think that campus safety could be improved?
Well, they’ve got those blue lights (the emergency lights) already. I see them patrolling all the time, like the security police cars. I don’t know, I think we’re good with that. We’re not in disaster mode.”
