Ella Barry is a Communication major at UCCS and has been a reporter for The Scribe since January 2023. She has always loved writing and is excited to be exploring a new type of writing: journalism.
Ella grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota with her two younger sisters. She moved to Colorado in 2021 to attend college at UCCS. When she’s not writing she enjoys reading memoirs, hiking, climbing, thrifting, and wasting time in local coffee shops. She also listens to a lot of Taylor Swift, Lorde, Gracie Abrams, and Phoebe Bridgers.
