Campus Solutions Student Self-Service’s interface updated with the intention of improving students ability to navigate the “Student Center” in their myUCCS portals, including course registration for the spring 2026 semester.
Navigation has been changed for several student self-service pages, including Financial Aid, Student Records, Registration, the Bursar’s Office and the graduation application, according to University Information Services (UIS). Additionally, the Student Center condensed from 10 to eight icons.
According to UIS, the interface was updated due to Oracle, the Campus Solutions vendor, no longer supporting the old navigation model. In the updated interface, a new page opens in the browser when a student selects an icon.
Updates include changes to the class search tab, making courses easier to search for. While shopping for classes, students can now access their recently viewed courses and favorite ones they may want to register for.
Filters have been added to the class search so students can sort by various compass curriculum requirements, including subject, number of credits, class meeting days and times, instruction mode and college. After selecting the icon, students will be directed to pick a term and then enter a keyword to search for classes.
The class registration tab now includes a pre-registration process that all students must complete before officially registering for classes. Incoming students must also complete the new pre-orientation process.
Students will be required to provide a cellphone number, their home, mailing and local addresses and emergency contacts. To complete pre-registration, students must sign a tuition fee agreement.
Under the Academics tab, there is a new projected GPA calculator. The calculator can be manipulated with expected grades for in-progress classes and will project a term GPA and a cumulative GPA.
Shopping carts for spring 2026 classes opened on Oct. 20, and class registration for select students began on Oct. 27. Students can find out when their registration opens in the student profile tab in their myUCCS Portal.
