“Officer conducted welfare check on a party sleeping in a vehicle off campus.”

“Officer contacted a suspicious vehicle in front [of] Centennial Hall.”

Nov. 19, 11 a.m.
Suspects arrested in connection with robbery near Academy and Austin Bluffs intersection
“Sept. 23, 2014 at 11:04 AM, two unknown suspects robbed the Wells Fargo Bank at 4151 N. Academy Blvd. No firearms were shown, but one of the suspects wielded a large screwdriver during the holdup. When the robbery was completed, the suspects got into a stolen car, which they only drove a short distance before abandoning the vehicle and switching cars. One of the suspects in this case has been identified as 29 year-old Quinterrius Sharrod Lundy of Colorado Springs. He is currently being held in the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center, on this and other charges. This case is believed to be connected to additional recent robberies in the area. Details of those cases are not available at this time. The investigation is ongoing; more arrests are anticipated and will be announced as they occur. Due to the in-depth nature of the investigation, no other details will be made available at this time.”

Nov. 17, 4:30 p.m.
800 Block of Pulpit Rock Circle South
“Officers in the Falcon Division were dispatched to investigate a possible burglary in progress in the 800 block of Pulpit Rock Circle South. As Officer Mathis and Cruz-Rodgers were arriving on scene they observed two suspects matching the description getting into a vehicle. The officers made contact with the two individuals. Almost immediately the driver of the vehicle ran from the scene. Officers were able to take the second suspect into custody without incident. A large perimeter was set and K9 Officer Kelly attempted a canine search for the second suspect. Items believed to be belonging to the second suspect were located but the suspect is still outstanding. The investigation is continuing.”
