As the end of the semester approaches, graduating students should plan to attend the upcoming graduation fair in preparation for commencement on Dec. 16.
At the graduation fair, students will purchase and pick up their cap, gown and tassel for the ceremony. Regalia is required for students walking at graduation.
Students will also get the chance to have their pictures taken by a professional photographer, with diploma covers available as props for the perfect graduation photo.
UCCS groups like Alumni Relations, Grad School, Career Center and other graduate student groups will be present to help students plan out what they want to do after graduation. There will also be vendors where students can get diploma frames, class rings and graduation announcements.
The fair is in the UCCS bookstore on Nov. 9 from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and on Nov. 10 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Students who cannot attend the graduation fair to get regalia can purchase online beginning on Nov. 11.
