UCCS baseball played University of Mary on Feb. 28, falling short 16-13 to take their record to 3-12.

#21 Kasey Campbell and #7 Tyler Richardson tied as the game’s run leaders with three runs followed by #2 Caleb Chance with two runs. #25 Hayden Iverson, #43 Caleb Stubbings, #34 Vander Hodges, #31 Evan Steinberger and #11 Ronan Hella finished the game scoring one run each.

Up next, the Mountain Lions will play CSU Pueblo March 9 through March 11 in Pueblo. Baseball will return to their home field on March 15 against MSU Denver.
