UCCS lacrosse played Missouri Western State on March 19 and lost 20-15. They played Regis on March 24 to open RMAC play, losing 19-9 and taking their record to 2-4.
Senior attacker Julia Patrick and freshman midfielder Sarah Urbanic were the leading scorers against Missouri Western State with three goals followed by junior defense/midfield Erica Rivera and sophomore attack Brielle Fannin with two goals.
Patrick led the team with five goals against Regis with freshman attacker Emma Grace Martin finishing second on the leader board with two goals. Fannin and sophomore midfielder Peyton Ross ended with one goal.
Up next, the Mountain Lions play the Fort Lewis Skyhawks at home on March 28 at 2 p.m. and they play again against the Colorado State Pueblo Thunderwolves on March 30 at 1 p.m.
