The Mountain Lions fell to CSU Pueblo 3-1 in a home match on Nov. 15 at the Gallogly Events Center.
UCCS won the second set, 25-22, and battled CSU Pueblo in the third, but the Mountain Lions were unable to keep up the pace from the second set and lost. Freshman outside hitter Payton Tompkins had 18 kills, the most of either squad. Freshman outside hitter Emily Pruitt had 13 kills for UCCS.
