If you’re looking for some good cinematography with a gripping narrative, this film is for you.

This coming-of-age comedy starring Elliot Page and Michael Cera is hilarious. It’s about Juno (Page) facing an unplanned pregnancy with her boyfriend Paulie (Cera). Whilst in high school, Juno struggles to decide what she’ll do with the unborn child.
Disney+
“WALL-E” (2008) 1h 38m G
A robot whose job is to clean a waste-covered Earth meets another robot and falls in love. There’s a high chance you’ve seen this film already, but rewatching this classic wouldn’t hurt. With AI use on the rise, this film has a lot to say on how we should take care of our bodies and our planet.

“Scent of a Woman” (1992) 2h 36m R
Charlie (Chris O’Donnel) takes an assistant job for a blind retired Army Lieutenant, Colonel Frank Slade (Al Pacino). This unlikely duo creates such a comedic and dramatic dynamic that you’ll never question why Pacino won “Best Actor in a Leading Role” at the Oscars for this film.
Peacock
“Hamnet” (2025) 2h 5m PG-13
This fictional take on Shakespeare’s life left me emotionally wrecked in theaters. Directed by Chloé Zhao, this historical drama focused on Agnes (Jessie Buckley) and is a gorgeous tribute to the “Hamlet” play. This is another great watch if you missed some of the Oscar nominated films, and you will be able to tell how Buckley won “Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role.”
Paramount+
“Interstellar” (2014) 2h 49m PG-13
“Interstellar” is a modern classic and one of the most influential sci-fi films of all time. Directed by Christopher Nolan, this story follows Joseph Cooper (Matthew McConaughey) who is an ex-NASA pilot working to find a new habitable planet for humans. This movie is better than alright, alright, alright.
