‘Stranger Things’ Haunted Office

 

    Students will have the opportunity to experience the world of “Stranger Things” in real life today from noon to 3 p.m. in UC 102.

    Waffles, activities and a chance to visit the Upside Down will be available to students.

Artist Talk: Jessamyn Lovell

 

    Students can attend an artist talk hosted by Jessamyn Lovell on Nov. 1 from 5 – 7 p.m. in the Heller Center.

    Lovell is a visual artist that works with photography, video, performance and surveillance to document her experiences. Lovell won the Aperture Portfolio Prize and has gained national recognition with her project, “Dear Erin Hart,” which was featured on This American Life.

    At the event, she will share ways that her work speaks to her audience.

Spice Up Your Night with Some Salsa

 

    Students can learn how to salsa at Spice Up Your Night With Some Salsa on Nov. 3 from 7 – 9 p.m. in Berger Hall.

    A salsa instructor will teach easy move to everyone in attendance. The event is partnered by the Student Government Association, Circulo de Espanol and the Department of Languages and Cultures.
